Keeping Fit All the Way

Title

Keeping Fit All the Way

Author

Walter Chauncey Camp

Description

In Keeping Fit All the Way, Mr. Camp preaches the gospel of health, strength, efficiency, and happiness to middle-aged men. He points out the danger to health and the economic loss consequent upon a man's allowing himself to get out of good physical condition, and he tells him how he may recover his impaired vitality and begin again to enjoy life, yes, and to do big things in life. The exercises given in the book are founded upon those used in the Senior Service Corps, an organization started last spring by Mr. Camp for the purpose of making fit for active duty the man who is over military age. But the system of physical culture that he has evolved is by no means so limited in scope; it applies to the needs of every man (or woman) between the ages of fifteen and sixty, or even beyond. The book is illustrated by many photographs explanatory of the exercises recommended.
